★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible ! No respetan tu reservación. Llegue al hotel y resulta que “no se hacen reservaciones y que no tienen habitaciones” pero tampoco te permiten cancelar hasta contactar agentes por medio de la App donde lo realizaste.
No te informan sobre las aplicaciones de reservaciones con las que trabajan o no trabajan. Además de que no contestan al momento de llamarles directo.
 Awful ! They don't honor your reservation. I arrived at the hotel and it turns out that "they don't make reservations and they don't have rooms" but they don't allow you to cancel until you contact agents through the App where you made it.
They don't tell you about the booking apps they work with or don't work with. In addition to that they do not answer when calling them direct.
