★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único bueno para destacar es la atención del Dr. Lauro. Fuera de eso, el lugar está horrible, donde tienen a los perros y gatos siempre con mal olor, no están limpias las jaulas y está lleno de chimenes.
Donde bañan a los perros está súper sucio. De verdad un asco :(
The only good thing to highlight is the attention of Dr. Lauro. Apart from that, the place is horrible, where they always have the dogs and cats with a bad smell, the cages are not clean and it is full of chimneys.
Where they bathe the dogs is super dirty. Really disgusting :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. Ahorrense una mala experiencia no llevando a su mascota ahí. Venta de productos bien, el resto ya es cosa aparte, maltratan a los perritos al cortarles el pelo y encima tratan mal al cliente.
Bad service. Save yourself a bad experience by not taking your pet there. Selling goods well, the rest is a separate thing, they mistreat the puppies by cutting their hair and they treat the customer badly.

Tuve anteriormente un problema con un corte de un perrito, que No siguieron indicaciones pero nos apoyaron para solucionarlo.
Pero fuera de eso. No he tenido problemas mayores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo desde hace 10 años acudo, ha que revisen a mis perritos, los atienden bien sus vacunas, estética, o cuando se enferman , han sido acertados en su diagnóstico la mayoría de las veces, los atienden bien no he tenido queja alguna son amables.
