★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peor de lo peor, nada de empatía, se publican a ellos mismos de manera errónea, no importa la hora de tu emergencia no te atienden! Dos muchachos que atienden sin empatía, solo dicen que la doctora no puede salir y que no hay manera! Pésimo servicio se supone que ayudan a los animales! Y su servicio hospitalario cuando he llegado a ocuparlo también malo! Solo sirven para estética y para venta de animales mal cuidados, como una iguana que compre ahí!

Los chavos que atienden muy inhumanos con los perritos, groseros y déspotas.
No lo recomiendo.
Terrible service, they inform you badly and in the end they charge you more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal nada empático y horribles instalaciones. Donde bañan a los perritos está en malas condiciones (sucio) así como la zona de "pensión" ,las mascotas duermen o se recuperan entre cucarachas! No dejen a sus peluditos ahí
Unsympathetic staff and horrible facilities. Where they bathe the puppies is in poor condition (dirty) as well as the "pension" area, the pets sleep or recover between cockroaches! Don't leave your furry ones there
