★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, se filtra el agua, a cada rato de va la luz, las compañías de internet aun no llegan y los internet que hay son basura, teléfonos en la compañía de movistar no tienen nada de señal, hay inundaciones, hay tarántulas, cucarachas, ranas, alacranes, un familiar compro su casa aquí y tubo todo tipo de problemas no solo en su casa sino también con la pobre administración del fraccionamiento.
Nada recomendable, no confíen en las primeras casas que ven esas están así ya que son de exhibición e incluso esas puedes incluso llegar a ver que están jodidas por las lluvias.
 Horrible, the water leaks, the electricity goes every moment, the internet companies still do not arrive and the internet that exists is garbage, phones in the Movistar company have no signal, there are floods, there are tarantulas, cockroaches, frogs, scorpions, a relative bought his house here and had all kinds of problems not only in his house but also with the poor administration of the subdivision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, el valor catastral de la casa es de $130,000 y te la venden en $1mdp, los acabados son de muy baja calidad, el trato en la oficina de Postventa es terrible y peor aún van a decirte que solo somos unos vecinos inconformes. Definitivamente un fraude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas están construidas con materiales de media calidad, yo tuve problemas de filtración de agua por las orillas de las ventanas. A la fecha de hoy no las han sellado correctamente por parte del área encargada de garantías. De ahí en fuera es un ambientes tranquilo, y tiene buenas amenidades, aunque aún le hace falta mucho desarrollo.
The houses are built with medium quality materials, I had problems of water seepage from the edges of the windows. To date they have not been properly sealed by the area in charge of guarantees. From there on out it is a quiet environment, and has good amenities, although it still needs a lot of development.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención postventa es una verdadera porquería, ponen cualquier pretexto para evitar reparaciones sobre vicios ocultos, además los accesorios de baño sin muy corrientes y no la entregan pintada ni por fuera ni por dentro ya que aplican una pasta
Me recomendaron aplicar un sellador y pintar por fuera porque la pasta absorve agua y la humedad entra a la casa
