★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te llaman para ofrecerte una vacante sabiendo que no cuentas con experiencia en ella y cuando estas en entrevista te dicen que si es necesaria, pero te ofrecen ser vendedor de tdc con tal de llenar sus vacantes, te hacen perder tiempo y dinero. Mal por RH cabe mencionar que la vacante era para agente de calidad y no agente telefónico por favor capaciten mejor a su personal de RH. En vez de cuestionar si no se lee bien la vacante.
They call you to offer you a vacancy knowing that you do not have experience in it and when you are in an interview they tell you that it is necessary, but they offer you to be a tdc salesperson in order to fill their vacancies, they make you waste time and money. Bad for HR, it should be mentioned that the vacancy was for a quality agent and not a telephone agent, please train your HR staff better. Instead of questioning if the vacancy is not read well.
