Dr. Kary is very welcoming and makes you feel at ease from the moment you get there. She answers all of your questions thoroughly and takes her time. She also speaks both spanish and english. I can’t thank her enough for an amazing experience!

I'm petrified of going to the dentist's office but had a really positive experience with Dr Kari. She's personable, incredibly attentive to her patient's needs and is really thorough when explaining what the dental service will entail. She also lets you know upfront what the cost will be and doesn't push for any unnecessary extra work to be done. Prior to visiting her office, she sends over a short Google form asking for your contact info, what dental service you'd like to do and also your music and essential oil preference - loved that there were no forms to fill out when you arrive at her practice. She's the first dentist I've visited in México that offers her patient's facial coverings (to stop residue from clinging to your face during the procedure) and also a liquid anesthetic so that there's minimal pain - these are optional and she doesn't charge extra for this. Dr Kari speaks english and spanish and her prices are affordable too. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing some dental work done.

The best dentist appointment I’ve ever had! It feels as fun and enjoyable as going to a spa, and for the first time I am looking forward to visiting the dentist! ? Dra. Karina’s office is located on the 4th floor of the building. I made the inquiry via WhatsApp. She is extremely swift in responding, and speaks great English. After confirming the first appointment, she emailed me a Google form to ask about my preferences (e.g. type of music, aroma I like). The appointment itself really takes customer experience to the next level! She gave me a neck pillow, and offered a squeezy toy to calm my nerves. She even prepared a custom welcome sign with my name on it, and played the music genre I indicated on my Google form. The treatment started with a brief aromatherapy, and I’ve never felt more relaxed at a dentist. I did dental hygiene cleaning. The equipment used are modern and sanitized. It is truly great value for money - I compared 3 other quotes previously - and Dra. Karina has the best quote and reviews. Also, I like how she does not try to push sales. I wanted to get new retainers made, but after reviewing them, Dra. Karina explained that they are in good condition, and there is no need to spend on new retainers. Then she proceeded to clean them for me. Highly recommended! You can feel it when someone puts in effort and is passionate about their job, and making it enjoyable for both parties. Can’t wait for my teeth whitening appointment next!

I’ve been a customer for a while because I really like the service. Through the years I’ve seen how Dr Kary has improved the experience to make me feel more comfortable (from the aromatherapy, to the music, the explanations, even the follow-ups to make sure I don’t forget). I just had a great experience here! Dr. Ramirez is very kind and her office has lots of great touches like a massage chair while she gets your medical history and stress balls to hold while you get your teeth cleaned. Her office also has great dental technology. I'll definitely be back here in 6 months when I need another cleaning!
