El "diseñador gráfico" no supo como convertir una presentación pptx a una imagen sin que se cortara, tuve que hacerla yo (parece que el cliente les tiene que hacer el trabajo). Me dijeron que pasara el día siguiente a las 7 pm, fui y no tenían idea de cual era lo que les había encargado, tuvieron que hablar por teléfono solo para que me dijeran que llegara en una hora mas. Al final me la entregaron en un punto distinto. Y para colmo, salio la lona toda pixelada, a pesar de que les mande una imagen de 4000 × 2250!!!, no les recomiendo ir ahí, solo fui por que tenia mucha urgencia y poco tiempo. Terrible service, I went to ask for a tarp. The "graphic designer" did not know how to convert a pptx presentation to an image without cutting it, I had to do it (it seems that the client has to do the work for them). They told me to come by the next day at 7 pm, I went and they had no idea what I had ordered, they had to talk on the phone just to be told to arrive in another hour. In the end it was delivered to me at a different point. And to top it all, the canvas came out all pixelated, even though I sent them a 4000 × 2250 image !!!, I don't recommend going there, I only went because I had a lot of urgency and little time.

Me dijeron que mi pedido ya estaba listo, fui por él y me dijeron que ni siquiera había pasado a producción, además tardaron como un mes en mandarme mi factura.
