Room 4 improvement

Good

Came to our room after my sisters wedding and the Phillips screwdriver shaped key wouldn’t open the door. The was no emergency phone number to call. We were just locked out for the night!!!!

Just stayed for 4 nights, it's a great spot, 15 minute walk to town on the beach but quiet as it's away from the bustle of town. I found the beds a bit hard. Apartment had cooktop, fridge, and a good dinner table. Bathroom was nice with a shower. Staff was great, very helpful and attentive. Nice pool and palapa for relaxing in afternoon. Bikes are available which is the best way to get around town and go to beaches.

Very nice place - good atmosphere. Good service and cleaning. Breakfast close to a joke. Don't expect anything. Wifi 5/5 - the best in Holbox? Also in the rooms. Reckommended.

We stayed at deluxe with our young son for a longer period in the beginning of 2021, and really felt home there. We would definitely come back. Super nice staff and location!

Amazing experience from the moment of reservation to the Stay itself. There were three of us sharing an apartment and it was perfect with two individual beds in one room and a king size in the other as well as a full kitchen, dining room and living room area. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have absolutely anything you need, especially Victoria who went above and beyond for us during our stay. We were celebrating a birthday and the room was decorated with balloons and decorations prior to arrival and when we forgot the air pump for the inflatable, the staff drove all the way to us to lend us a pump! It’s far enough away from the center of town to be quiet yet only a few steps away from the beach! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on future visits to Holbox!

One night was too short in this island. Beaches in cancun area are terrible so we decided to go to this island to have a great beach expo. Little did we expect to fall in love with the island. These apartments are so charming. Slept like a baby! Steps away from the beach. It always felt really nice to get to our room and relax . The Pool area was one of my favorite spots to relax at. Mornings they offer toast, fruit and coffee. I would absolutely stay here again!
