★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos aquí por una recomendación después de una muy mala experiencia en un tour con una agencia grande. Queríamos conocer los Xenotes y tomamos el tour de 4 Xenotes en Tulum.
Para empezar, si te estas quedando en Tulum, estos xenotes están ridículamente cerca, los cual es una enorme ventaja, pero el servicio y apoyo de todo el equipo, especialmente Arturo Ahumada, convirtieron esta gran experiencia en una mágica que recordaremos por siempre.

We came here on a recommendation after a very bad experience on a tour with a large agency. We wanted to meet the Xenotes and we took the 4 Xenotes tour in Tulum.
To begin with, if you are staying in Tulum, these xenotes are ridiculously close, which is a huge advantage, but the service and support of the entire team, especially Arturo Ahumada, turned this great experience into a magical one that we will remember forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible tour we loved the tour Arturo was extremely professional and knowledgable. No words to describe our adventure. Crystal clear water. Many fish and sea life just a true pleasure. The fish highly reccomend. Mmm green salsa very spicy to some but we loved it... water color was oitstanding we will be visiting Holbox again!!! GREAT TOUR!

It’s primarily Spanish speaking and he took care of visitors from France, The Netherlands, Poland and pushed the americanos to the side. Holbox is beautiful, but be careful and watch our for yourself first. Don’t listen or trust anyone there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased this tour through Orbitz as a package for my trip to Cancun big mistake! Do not purchase!! These people scammed me for my money they never picked me up at hotel and good luck trying to get them to help you! I tried to call and reason with them multiple times and they claim I never responded to their email to confirm pick up. I responded twice! Be careful when buying through them we waited in lobby for one hour they did not show up and we lost our money for this trip.
