Great quality of food. The food was really delicious. Staff members are very attentive.

It’s the newest hotel in the city.
The pool and gym ️️are clean. Think that it’s helpful if you love to do exercise every day.
And the ️ star of the hotel is the staff, in my opinion servicial and all ways available to help you.
The conts:
CAREFUL: The city is only for business, nothing to see or visit, and it’s a really insecure city, in one of the most dangerous state of Mexico never go out of the hotel in the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meh. Water temperature was violently inconsistent, standing in cold water suddenly get blasted by scorching hot. Some staff were great, others significantly less so. Waited over an hour for a sandwich at the restaurant, which is not open during the hours posted on signage. Nice beds and clean rooms, but not great overall.

Hotel room amenities are very basic. Rooms are clean, but very impersonal. No coffee or team making equipment or drinking water in room.
Overall ok, but would not want to spend any more time than necessary.
