B	Blackie60 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice bedding and linens. Facecloths would be nice touch for guests. Front desk staff cordial, restaurant staff less so. Wi-fi needs improvement in rooms. Restaurant food mediocre , but has nice view. Need to keep outside of property painted and looking nice.
l	laly2016 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has all you need when you are staying there for business. I specially appreciated the spacious rooms and the friendly staff. Bed is comfortable, the room is clean, breakfast had good variety. On the minus side: lunch and dinner food at the restaurant is generally tasteless. The gym is small and you have to go outside to get in which makes it less safe. The sink in the bathroom does not empty properly (happened in two random bedrooms I stayed in so most likely is a general problem) and the rooms are somehow humid and smell a strong cleaning product or pesticide.
A	Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is located outside of city close to sand beach. Beach is wild and not equipped. End of November is not peak season and may be summer time here will be much more people. However, sand is nice and daily walks 4-5 km were very relaxing. 4-5 people on 2 km beach also giving possibility to rest from city noise... Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Food and service were also good. Just avoid Mexican green pepper during dinner. Generally, stay was pleasant and my thanks to hotel personnel for their hospitality and service.

During my stay the staff and management was always helpfull and friendly. The service given at the restaurant was everyday friendly and correct. The room was clean and the daily laundry service was perfect. It has been a very pleasand stay during this year. I would like to thank the staff and management of the Holiday Inn Coatzacoalcos for making my stay a success.

Breakfast buffet every day was like sunday brunch. room very comfortable. lighting over desk not the best, but I just took one of the nightstand lamps and move it - no problem. No trouble parking - secured area. Staff always friendly and helpful.
G	Guido Walter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms and the location are nice. The reception are and entrance are dark and the front desk has a Covid protection that looks very cheap and unprofessional. They have a beautiful restaurant facing the ocean. But instead of using this room they serve breakfast in a an ugly conference room with no windows. I cannot understand. Parking and wifi was free, wifi with decent speeds.
