★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think rooms need extra time cleaning. My restroom was very disgusting as it had what I believe boogers with blood on the wall, and bathrooms do need upgrades. Overall hotel had great people, great service, amazing g food and amenities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff supervisor at Holiday Inn Express in Cuernavaca is horrible, rude and entitled, she treats her staff horribly, she screams and barks orders at them, we witnessed an incident and decided to leave and get a refund for the remaining nights because her. The hotel offered us tu change hotels and we accepted instead of the refund .
I want to urge the Holiday Inn management team un Cuernavaca to avoid having these kind of people in their staff since it hurts the image and client experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is great for relax, warm swimming pools, beautiful green areas, even some trees with growing fruits! Birds songs are also part of the relaxing experience. Attention by the hotel staff is just marvelous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not stay here!! So smoky in the nonsmoking room. Broken blinds and hot AF. Could barely work with so much sun coming in.
There are cheaper better local options or really high end properties at about the same rate. Save yourself the trouble.

The place it's so beautiful and so good shape ( gardens pools rooms etc)
Sadly some staff members can totally ruin your day with their attitude (Front desk and pool) I wish you can work on this as it's a shame that such beautiful place can be ruin your stay like that
KUDOS to restaurant staff specially breakfast crew (Valentin) he is the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This H.I, in Cuernavaca has been a nice place for us to stay, however this particular trip was not up to par.
The people were awesome. The food was out of sight. The rooms were run down, dirty, not Covid cleansed, worn out mattresses, shower curtain ripped and dirty.
I know they will recover, but this past trip did not meet our expectation.
