★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a truly great place to stay. The property is VERY well maintained, the rooms are clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation which can only make it better (it seemed fine before). The staff here is truly EXCELLENT! All the folks, from the persons who clean the room to the grounds-keepers, breakfast staff, front desk staff, shuttle drivers and maintenance guys greet you with a friendly smile and make this a truly great experience.
The complimentary breakfast needs some more variety but this probably only affects folks who stay a long time at the hotel.
Would highly recommend this property if you are coming to SLP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this hotel. Rooms are large and nice. Hotel staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Location is good with walking access to many nice restaurants. Hotel is spacious and kept clean. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is the very limited restaurant. The online site led me to believe that there was a restaurant onsite but it is only for breakfast. Would recommend and will return to this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel ! Staff is courteous and attentive not matter what you need at any time within seconds you get help ! The rooms are very clean and the beds nice and comfortable. There’s only one thing management needs to fix and that is the hallways lighting. To save $$ management has installed motion activated lights which makes it scary at nights when you step out of the elevator and it’s dark or when you look thru the peep hole on your door and it’s dark. Other than that the hotel is awesome and yes the breakfast is fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was very clean. The check in process was very easy. The breakfast was excellent. The portions were hearty. They were very careful with the way they handled food, I did not worry about COVID at all at this property. We used the pool as well. There were only two other people in the pool. They stayed in their area, and we stayed in ours, thirty feet apart. The pool was clean.
