★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes instalaciones aún a pesar de las condiciones sanitarias que estamos cursando, te sientes en casa, pero cabe señalar que el personal de hotel realiza un excelente trabajo, desde que me reciben en el aeropuerto con su servicio de transporte al hotel, Yessy y Don Ignacio el chofer, y te reciben en recepción, es especial Claudio que ya conoce a la perfección nuestras necesidades, todo transcurre de maravilla, sin dejar de mencionar el servicio de desayuno express, atendido personalmente por su encargado Heriberto, en general quiero agradecer a todos sus empleados, que realizan excelente labor, por lo cual siempre estaremos contentos de su servicio y trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Holiday Inn Express in Ciudad del Carmen is a highly recommended place to stay. Within close proximity to the airport, it’s a short taxi ride to be able to check in. The rooms are plenty spacious and made for relaxation. The staff are top rated with most being bilingual. Room service menu is of great restaurant quality. I will definitely be staying here the next time I’m in Carmen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue muy placentera mi estadía en el hotel, me encontré con sus instalaciones muy limpias. Desde el momento en el que accesas al hotel te reciben con su protocolo de sanidad. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y el servicio de alimentos excelente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don't know why, they give a room next to another one they were repairing it.
As you know I could listen people going around, the hammers banging, the talks.
Anyway hope next time this doesn't happen.
The hotel it's very nice and have good location, the swimming pool it's also a plus, the restaurant service it's very slow, it takes an eternity but the food is good.
