★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. Food options are an overpriced Chili's and Denny's next door. Unfortunately, I found the shuttle driver discourteous and unprofessional. Although it's a short ride to the airport, the windows could not be opened to allow fresh air and my requests to do so were ignored. I found this very upsetting since they were about 10 persons in the van during this pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comfortable beds clean room hot showers. great staff. good breakfast. we got this hotel for the las 2 days of our vacation after lots of sight seeing in different destinations we wanted somewhere to relax that was close to shopping and family this place was perfect for that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay at this hotel a lot. The location to the airport and shuttle service is great. I will keep using it. Staff nice, friendly and helpful. I would like to recommend Holiday Inn in Hermosillo near the airport. I used both on this trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean basic Holiday Inn with breakfast buffet. Ice maker didn't work, Parking included. Includes 2 restaurants in walking distance (Denny's and Chili's) which made for a nice change in Mexico.
15 minutes from the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean room, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok not hot like we expected. Front desk was very helpful. We like that Dennys and Chilis are both next door. I would go back.
