We had a wonderful experience. Staff was very friendly and the room was very spacious and great to work from. The pool and the gym were closed because of the pandemic, but we were able to take and Uber or taxi to the center of Guanajuato during our free time.

Deficient Check out. Don't dare to use Credit Card they will charge you for the entire stay and administration will make your life miserable if you change your Itinerary. Refund missing

The hotel and staff make this location ideal. Every employee from the security, housekeeping, dining staff made our stay a very memorable experience. Anyone visiting Guanajuato would not be disappointed by staying in this location.

They left in the shower the used soap from the previous guest! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! That tells me how good they disinfect the room = Zero disinfection! A portion of the bathroom's floor under the sink was flooded, one of the night table lamps didn't work, the toilette paper was not properly secured and it flew away with a simple pull. The sink was blackened with dirt around the plug (and probably it is still like that. I would never stay in this place again neither recommend it to anybody. I reported the above to the front desk and requested an answer, nothing was done! and I am still waiting for the answer 3 days later. Management of the hotel may say "we apologize, give us another try bla, bla, bla.." The true is we've been almost two years in this pandemic and they cannot clean a room properly! Do you want to risk yourselves into this place????? This is not even acceptable for regular times. That tells you the ineptitude and unprofessionalism of this hotel. There are cleaner places for this price. Be safe, go somewhere else, this is an awful place regardless of any comment of the hotel !!! if any...

I had a wonderful experience at this property. It is a beautiful colonial-style hotel. My comfortable room was next to the pool, so it was easy to take a swim. The breakfast was also near, and it had a variety of good items. However, the best part of my stay was the great service at the reception. ARABY and JOSE were especially helpful with tours, tourist information, and transfers. I can't thank them enough! Others at the reception were also super helpful.
