★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The customer service during check in was very welcoming and professional. The room was very spacious and allowed us to relax. When we stay in Guaymas we will stay at this location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is well situated, but had a bad experience receiving or having towels in my room and employees saying they would bring some up and not following through. I would have preferred being told that they are not available and someone will let me know once available. I had to provide my id to get pool towels for my family to shower and then return and ran to same issue again with no towels. AC did go out, but was able to be fixed promptly.
Food service was good they were quick to help me and my family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but very understaffed. 15 minute checking time with reservations ahead of time. But safe and clean. Get a room on back side of building so you can sleep!.
One question! Has anyone ever known someone that actually received 25,000 points for doing a survey? I just realized I have done this for years and nothing! Probably my last one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were planning on staying in San Carlos but everything was booked then we decided to stay in Guaymas and chose this hotel. It was a nice surprise because the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good the only bad thing for me was that the eggs were warm not hot... The only bad experience was that we upgraded to have a better view but the window was very dirty for outside (not inside, props to the housekeeper!). Other than that, the stay was very pleasant and we will definitely stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great and extremely clean hotel! Better than any Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at in California and at half the price! Thank you to the wonderful staff, especially the nice ladies who were very polite and helpful to my parents when they would go downstairs to eat the complimentary breakfast! Although I was hungover each morning of my stay and wasn’t able to make it to breakfast, my parents had a lot of positive reviews regarding the amazing service! lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Next room guest snoring somehow annoying. The street traffic too close to windows conflicting to getting sleep. At night preventing to conceive sleep time.The hotel is placed near such a major avenue in Guaymas so is inevitable to experience such noise disturbance. Is not too bad, yet I noticed that situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great repeat visit to Holiday Inn Express - Guaymas. The staff is always welcoming, professional, and courteous. Again on this visit, we thought our room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in anywhere. The bed was large and very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and every surface in the room was sparkling clean. The room was also very quiet and, after a long day on the road, it helped us to get a very good night's sleep.
