Best Hotel in Mexico

j	jimmy Jeepster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot tub on the top floor is old cold and nasty don't bother, the neighborhood is not the best. These are the views from my window. Also this hotel is right off a busy road trucks drive bye and use their engine brake (very loud in the middle of the night, along with all the rooms have doors that slam shut so in rude people come and go in the middle of the night you will be woken up I know I was, I just want a good night sleep. Never ever again. Last time when I was here I stayed at the airport it was nowhere near as bad.

Room need to improve on towels that also want the best it was ripping apart and not enough, lacking of face towels . Room was clean and comfortable , Breakfast good but not the best .
C	Carmen Hernandez Lara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there for the GP Mexico and the place was packed. Overall, the service was good but it could have been better. The wifi reception is poor. The toilet takes a lot of time to load and there's constant clogging. Also, the room has a lot of power outlets but some of them just don't work. Finally, the restaurant does not offer vegetarian options for lunch or dinner, but the free breakfast is really good.
A	Aman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was good. Staff, cleaning and breakfast quality all were marvellous. One thing was missing that free shuttle service to airport and no coffee, sugar packets were not provided.
B	Bine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived in the middle of the night and with one call at the hotel, it was no problem that they s me immediately a shuttle to take me to the hotel. Room was very big, bathroom very clean and the bed was like sleeping in clouds. Breakfast could have been with a little more choices. But it was overall good. Did only stay one night and enjoyed the late checkout at 1pm.

Upon arrival, I was able to check in a little bit early and was upgraded to a suite due to Platinum status. Very friendly staff who spoke solid English. Room was nice and clean with blackout curtains so I slept quite well. The shuttle to the airport leaves every hour on the hour; we left on time and the driver was friendly and helpful. Just before leaving the front desk staff member brought me a bagged to-go breakfast of fruit, juice, and a granola bar as I was leaving before complimentary breakfast began. Overall a very pleasant experience for an affordable, simple hotel stay.

We got one key only so when i went downstairs to grab a drink I had to remove the key and the whole room went dark dad was watching football ⚽️ game on the TV and it turned off as well Also what's the point of having a jacuzzi to relax in when it's not working annoying ?
R	Rose Lawless on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My flight was delayed, so I called the front desk to let them know. I was told to call back when I arrived so that the shuttle could be dispatched. When I finally arrived called the front desk at least 21 time without an answer. Was transferred over to reservations who then called the front desk who didn't answer the phone again.
