★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was great and were able to accommodate our requests. We arrived a bit early and were so tired from the drive and tjey managed to book us in early since room was available. The service during breakfast was also very good. They were very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due medical appointments I need to visit Monterrey. This hotel accomplish with all my requirements it’s clean, close to the most of the places I needed to assist and the friendly staff that are always ready to serve. They have an excellent service at breakfast and wide variety of food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Holiday Inn Express is a simple, yet elegant and affordable hotel. A typical buffet breakfast is served every morning, has a gym and a wash center, as well as computers.
The amenities of the room itself are quite appropriate and seem clean. Certain walls could use a small paint job.
A pet peeve of mine is the fact that a big Holiday Inn sign is missing on the outside to be able to locate it correctly when traversing the avenue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed one night only while waiting to commute to McAllen. The hotel and the rooms were clean. The hotel decor needs updating. Water pressure on the shower is very weak. Breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. It is a little far away from Central Monterrey, so budget a little more for transportation. I don’t think I will stay here again given the ample choices of accommodations Monterrey has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve aqui por un par de noches y me sorprendio la amabilidad y capacidad del staff, me trataron muy bien. La propiedad aparenta ser algo vieja pero esta muy bien mantenida. El unico detalle que encontre es que las puertas no estan insonorizadas y la luz que entra al cuarto es considerable. Se puede escuchar lo que pasa en el pasillo, sin embargo al llegar la hora de dormir la propiedad se vuelve muy callada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend this hotel, the worst Holiday inn i'v ever been to. train passes across the street and blows the horn in the middle of the night. rooms are damp and smell, had to check out early and charged me the full stay - so painful to get a reimbursement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot and humid! The whole hotel was muggy and no you cannot control the temperature in your room. As many times as I changed the thermometer it never got colder. This hotel is climate controlled by staff/corporate and It is very uncomfortable. Staff was nice, breakfast was good but I wouldn’t stay here again because it felt gross n humid
