Holiday Inn Express Pachuca - 42084 Pachuca de Soto

Enjoyed the comfort and breakfast experience. The comfort of the room was good ,but not controlling the air unit was not a good experience and then finding out that they had control of it at the front desk was disturbing. Over all the staff members did a wonderful job.

We had a very productive time, being that I needed to have several online meetings and the staff was very helpful making sure I had an adequate connection The staff at breakfast were very cordial and made sure our eating experience was the best Very clean lobby and very well prepared staff and strict in making sure we followed all the requirements to creat a safe environment

Everything you can expect from a holiday Inn express, IF YOU HAVE A ROOM FACING THE STREET BEWARE OF THE MASSIVE BILLBOARD IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL, AS YOU WILL NOT SLEEP! IT'S LIKE SLEEPING WITH THE LIGHTS ON! NON STOP 24/7. HOTEL SHOULD PUT BETTER BLINDS WITH NO GAPS TO FIX THIS. Apart from that it was really clean, the staff was amazing ,very attentive and polite. The breakfast bar was lacking Butter every single day and I have to ask for it all the time, like it was made of gold or something.

Got in my room and set the temp to 19. Everything seemed good the room was cooling. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating. Thought the AC wasn’t working, temp in the room was 25. So the Next morning I mentioned to the front desk that my AC wasn’t working. That’s when they said the would turn it on. That’s when I realized they were able to control my thermostat I’m my room to what they wanted. I believe that if I am paying for a room that has heat or Air Conditioning I should be able to control it the way I want to control it while am in my room

I found this to be a very comfortable and nice hotel to stay for a business trip. Just three details prevent it from "perfect": My room's shower drainpipe was blocked, so there was about one inch of stagnated water after a five minutes shower (or so#. The parking lot on the basement lacks an elevator for guests #there is one but that's for employees only, so it won't lead you to the lobby). If you are carrying heavy baggage, you better take it out of your car's trunk when you are right in front of the entrance, at ground level. From ground level to upper stories, there is certainly a pair of elevators, but they are sooooo slow. If you are staying at 1st, 2nd of even 3rd floor, you better use the stairways. Even when they sound like too many negative issues, I still enjoyed a lot the overall experience using their facilities: modern equipment and furniture at all rooms, including electronic display and tactile controls to indicate whether you want privacy or want to have your room cleaned up. "Dolce gusto" coffee machines over your drawers chest, and bottled water replenished everyday. Big screen TV and a decent amount of channels to choose from. Impeccable beds and lining, and truly flawless daily cleanliness in rooms. Gym is good, available since 7AM everyday, but if you want to use it earlier, there is no problem. Same about the pool opening schedule. About the latter, it's quite small, but water temperature is real nice, which happens to be great news, since most people find this city's weather a little too cold early in the mornings and at nights. Whether you are sensitive to cold or not, most probably you'll enjoy the pool, for it certainly does the job if you need a few relaxing minutes before starting or at the end of your working day.

I paid for view room (more expensive) and their blinds let the light go through. I couldn't sleep. I brought this to the mgmt attention and they downgraded me to another room. I'm platinum member, I guess that does not matter. During breakfast service we couldn't request for more food even though they did have plenty to give.

I've always liked this hotel because it is conveniently located. It is also not as new as it used to be, but it preserves its modern general ambience and has been well maintained over the years. During pandemic times, as a plus, I must say this is one of the most sparkling clean hotels I've been to. You can really feel safe and relax!

The breakfast is quite bad, but the rooms are clean, and comfortable. Why don’t the elevators in the garage work? There’s a gem of a breakfast spot next door (La Tostadora). They have suite rooms with a comfortable sofa, if you’re going to be staying more than a few days.
