K	Kjetil Overå Rovik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok standard. Bed was quite comfy so I slept well. Complimentary breakfast was of buffet type, but you could also order extras for a fee. Hotel have a small pool area with sunbeds. No restaurant, but there is one nearby where you can bill the room. Was not impressed by the food there, ordered a medium steak which turned out to be raw and cold so I lost my appetite.

Never having been to Paraiso Dos Bocas before I was not sure what to expect, even less so as I was going to be staying in a Holiday Inn Express. I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Karan, on reception, was very good with her communicating with the guests, and was extremely helpful at all times. Breakfast was always very good, with enough variety to fulfill anyone's needs. Should I return to this location in the future, for sure this is where I shall stay.
J	JP Houston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very friendly and made every attempt to communicate effectively with me. The only complaint I have is that the display on the A/C unit was very bright. I had to cover the display with a piece of newspaper in order to sleep. Bed was comfortable, I appreciated the choice in pillow firmness. The A/C was very efficient. So efficient that I had to turn it off to work at the desk in my room. But I would much rather have it too cold than too hot.
S	Shondan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was very clean, nice pool, but due to poor communication and my early arrival, 0945 my room was not ready till 1500. little to do at hotel, no amenities are close, Cafe not open till midday so it turns into a long day with little to do. Staff are friendly and helpful but not a lot they can do.
w	wolfman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is a good hotel although it needs improvements. The staff was very friendly and tried to help as best they can. The breakfast is fair to poor and the service as well is poor. The restaurant is outside of the hotel and open only to 9 pm. When it is closed, there is no alternative but to order a pizza from some restaurant in town, pizza of bad quality, then either eat it in your room which will smell pizza the rest of the night or eat it in the hotel lobby or the business office.

So early that breakfast was not being served until 0700 on saturday. All in all it was a comfortable stay and the cost was reasonable
V	Victor Baeza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good anti covid-19 protocols. Gym, pool and pantry closed. All meals are to go. Parking lot totally open, elevators work without electronic key, anyone can access to any floor. Security personnel is not familiarized with protocols or equipment.
