★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is always a good deal no matter how you look at it. I do notice that the hotel is beginning to appear worn down and a little tired. Some of the rooms are in excellent condition but others are less than excellent. The breakfast is always fresh and tasty. Better than most Holiday Inn Express locations. What makes this property so attractive is the restaurant/bar next door and being close to the airport. One more great attraction this hotel has is the staff . They are always friendly and professional. This is still a win/win hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at this property over the last 10 years and have been pleased with my stays. I have though watched the quality go down over the years. Still acceptable but not as good as it used to be. Since the new hotel was recently built next door it seems like the quality has slipped. The staff is certainly the same quality as it has always been, warm and friendly and it is convenient that there is a restaurant right next door so you can have a quick dinner after a long day. All in all, the stay was acceptable and I will certainly return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is new, clean, fresh, high attention to COVID safety protocol. Staff is courteous. Location is safe and easy access. Parking is available free on-site and secure.
There is a nice rooftop restaurant on 12th floor of adjacent IHG property, just a few steps away, that offers nice view of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was all very polite and professional. Made us comfortable from the start. Our room was excellent! We loved the height of bed and the warmth and comfiness of it. Pillows went flat all 4 nights no matter how we fluffed them but the bed comfort made up for it. The coffee bar in the lobby was perfect and the little items sold were a perfect match with it. Popcorn to go watch a movie was great! The taxi service offered good rate to book an itinerary for the day we had free. It was a much needed and cozy get away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Advertised as close to Silao Airport. Not true Cost me $2500 pesos by taxi to get to their hotel next to airport. charged parking fees while I was there, after agency told me they offered free parking while I took a short trip. It was practically empty, yet they moved in a family w screaming baby next to my room (connected rooms by a thin door) at midnight so I had to move. Got about 3 hours sleep that night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful place to stay! Pleasant surprise every where you look! The pool changes colors at night and is open until 11pm! There is a smaller pool for the smalls of children, about as deep as a bathtub and the big pool is 4 feet 8 inches deep! Though the pool doesn’t slope so it all that deep! The rooms are very nice! Soft, fluffy pillows 4 per bed and a equally soft bedspread! A full on big, pick your own breakfast comes with the room! We had pancakes and an omelette! There was also fresh fruits and a variety of cereals to chose from! Coffees as in strong, medium roast, decaf and hot water for tea! Plus a taco bar! Breakfast is from 6am to 10am! And check out time for the rooms are 1pm! The perfect place to Honeymoon at! Enjoy
