★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked my stay at this hotel, room comfy and clean. I think they can improve the breakfast options making a vegan/vegetarian options. I didn’t use the pool area but the gym I would add some weights, for us who need to continue our fitness life away from home but cardio machines aren’t enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We often choose this place for visits to Cuernavaca. It is clean quiet, and comfortable. We especially like the deck with the outside eating area, I enjoy my morning reading with coffee in the fresh air!

The breakfast organization to seat was a chaos almost got in a fight for a table...this needs to be urgently organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved the pool and the breakfast. Very clean accomodations. The beds were not as soft as we're accustomed to, but we had a wonderful time and are planning another stay in December! Thank you Holiday Inn Express!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very clean and quite. The team at front desk very friendly and they speak English which help a lot.
Only suites have minifridge and microwave. Something to have in mind if you would like to have cold drinks during your stay.
we didn't use room service, I'm sure they would have provided if asked but at extra cost i imagine.
The water in pool was warm, it felt good given that we traveled in October when it cools down at night
