H	Hazzem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at this hotel many, many times. The staff is great. My only feedback is to improve on the breakfast service. Most days they ran out of coffee way too fast, some days they ran out of eggs and silverware, especially spoons. And to top it all off, most days I had to wait for a table to become available. They have overflowed their room capacity. It is high time to do something about it.

My stays at this property in Irapuato are repeat business visits. I do visit the property often, twice a month for 2 or 3 nights each time. While there are many hotels in the area, the staff at this one make the difference for me. They are friendly and genuinely interested in making my stay perfect. They understand that I need to rest, and I can rest. They understand that I need to have a good breakfast and they do provide me with one. They are friendly but not annoying and they are so kind to treat me nicely even whey my day outside the property was not as nice. I hope they improve their Internet speed, that is not so good, but it is just a minor request on a job very well done. SU CASA ES MI CASA indeed!
C	CharityDirector on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are what makes this hotel a very comfortable and easy place to stay when visiting Irapuato. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast is always good. The shuttle to and from the airport in Leon is easy and always available. The restaurant / bar in the hotel is open for lunch and until late for dinner. Good food, and good people. This was my 5th time staying in this hotel since 2010 and it has remained one of my favorites. Thank you for being our home away from home.
R	Robin28 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this hotel the night before we went to the Wright Patterson AFB. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. I had booked a room with two queen beds and a sofa sleeper. It had a frig and microwave in the room. They were still working on remodeling the room, but it still was nice. The pool was nice and the kids really enjoyed it. They ran out of towels but when I asked for more they brought them right away. At check in they told me they had a group of girls staying at the hotel for competition. So we might want to come down to breakfast before 8am, we did and had plenty of food. For dinner I booked on line for Pizza Hut carry out and it was right down the street. I had read some bad reviews and was a little worried, but it was a nice stay for what we need. They worked really hard to make sure we had a nice stay. Thank you

Its close to amenities and even more convenient because they provide a shuttle willing to take you to tourist destinations as well as local restaurants. The bed was a bit hard but the pillows were perfect. I had trouble getting the air to work but, fortunately, the weather in Irapuarto is temporate and comfortable. Good breakfast and nice rooms.
O	Omega77 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The feeling of the warm welcome with the sincere smile as I was checked in. The clean and soft but firm bed that get you into a relaxed mode as soon as you get in it. The fact that you don’t have to push yourself to get up early in order to catch breakfast because you know that it’s served until noon. And than, though is a different person, but you still get the same sincere smile as you checkout, that confirms yourself to seek for the same stay on your next time out of town.
J	JTN2 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great business hotel - room was very bright (unlike most MX hotels) with plenty of plugs. Desk was good size w/nice adjustable chair. 'was worried about parking security but there were security staff at night. The pillow covers were all mixed up (firm, soft etc) but otherwise a comfortable bed. Gym access is flexible if you want to work out early or late. Breakfast buffet had good selections of juices, fresh fruits, yogurt as well as traditional hot item options. Great access located on main Irapuato blvd close to restaurants, bars and other hotels.
M	Maggie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the staff was great. My toilet worked every other day. The carpet needs to be replaced in the hall ways they are stretched and dirty. One day I almost tripped. The hotel is nice in the lobby how ever the corridors beyond that are the same way they were when I initially came to the hotel 8 years a ago. There has been no real Maintenance. I love the place but they need to take better care of it.
