When we pulled up , I thought it would be a very noisy stay, but we heard no traffic from the main road or any noise internally. Bed and pillows very comfortable and room clean. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. We had friends close by who provided our transport, so if you're a tourist, it might be a bit away from what you want to do. I'm sure they're are plenty of taxis and Uber's though if needed

The staff is what made this place great! I was scheduled to check out 2 times and had to extend each time. The folks at the front desk were a joy to meet and made the check in and check process very painless. The van driver took me to the plant I was visiting and picked me up in the evening. Very personable people. Housekeeping did a wonderful job in maintaining the 3 different rooms I stayed in. My only regret was in the weather being too cool to use the pool. It really looked inviting and incredibly clean. The exercise room was well equipped. I hope to be able to visit this area again one day. If and when I do, I will definitely stay here at the Holiday Inn Express. Thanks to all of you that work here. Also the WIFi was tremendous. Great signal.

The hotel staff was very friendly during my stay. The reservation was easy to make. The rooms are nice and warm, although for 1 day there was no cleaning service. The included breakfast was simple but tasty. My stay was a good experience

The hotel staff is very attentive and helpful, especially the men who help get taxis and laundry. The breakfast eggs need better care and attention. I stopped eating them part way through my stay and just ate toast with cream cheese. I don't believe the room air conditioner/heater gets any fresh air and the windows don't open. However, the room was well furnished and the bathroom modern, including good water pressure. Overall a nice place with good eating options in safe walking distance.

First disappointing experience with Holiday Inn in Mexico. Booked a King Suite, get to the hotel and find out there is a problem with my room. No-one knows why at the front desk but I suspect they gave it to someone else. They offer me another suite but want to charge me a 25% higher rate than what I booked originally for a 2 Queen Suite even though I am Platinum and should have charged me the original rate and upgrade me for free since it was 9pm and available even if it was just for the night. Next day my original room was still not available so I extended the stay one more night and they charged me even more for the room than the previous day saying it was a flexible rate and they had no choice. Was going to go for Spire Elite status at this location but I am glad I only stayed 2 days and left. By the way... the morning buffet was horrible even considering it should just be a quick pit stop. 35 people in the room and only 1 plate of everything out. Also, the associate was scooping scrambled eggs out of Tupperware into the food container that people serve themselves from. Some staff need to be educated on customer service... we always have other choices.

We are a family of 2 adults and a teenager. We stayed there for couple of days. I don't know how old is this hotel but compare to other HI Express hotels, this one is old and need to be renewed. The room was old but clean, the bed and pillows were good, we could sleep comfortably. The bathroom has been renewed (I think) at least the shower, it was clean as well. We got 2 towels for 3 persons, I don't know why. One time I had even to ask the house keeping for an extra towel, just for that one time. It would be thoughtful if we booked the room for 3 persons, there should be 3 towels provided. The breakfast did not meet our expectation, it doesn't mean bad. They have varities of fruits, toast bread, mexican food, cereals, and the coffee which was not our 'taste' either. If you don't really like Mexican breakfast and need better coffee, book the hotel without breakfast or skip the breakfast and eat somewhere else. The staff were friendly. The business centre was not really effective, for printing you are being asked to send the file to the reception, then they will print it for you even the printer was there. At the end I decided to forget it. In general, our stay was okay.

If you are going to be in Toluca for more than a day then I would recommend this hotel. It is clean, the staff are very helpful and it is located very close to restaurants and stores. With the pandemic going on, the breakfast in he morning was not that great. The staff are doing the best they can with what they are given. There is a restaurant right next door (Toks) that has great coffee and breakfast. There is also a number of restaurants near by for dinner. There is also a grocery store in the mall right behind the hotel. Perfect.
