★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very nice. Nice dining in the same strip. Incredibly polite and professional staff. Special notice goes to Jose who works afternoon shift. He never failed to say hello and went out of his way to help me find some special tequila and vanilla that was on my shopping list. Thank you Jose. You and everyone made the 4 day stay exceptional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love this hotel and look forward to staying here when in the area. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is well maintained and always has a welcoming clean smell. The staff at the breakfast buffet is amazing, specifically Bruno and Gina who go above and beyond to satisfy guests. They offer many more choices than any other HIE we have visited throughout the US or Mexico. Highly recommend this location!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi familia se sintió bienvenida, llegamos para dormir mientras visitamos familia pero la pasamos bien, se descansa a gusto.
Todo el personal es Muy atento, pero si que hay cosas que modificar en el desayuno.
En las habitaciones hay toallitas y gel antibacterial, lo cual me parce correcto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean hotel located in a secure mall strip. The rooms are comfortable, but the suites are small and don't have a separate living area. Breakfast is simple but good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a hotel that had good location and free parking. I was quite pleased by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The complementary breakfast was very good, a great deal of options to choose from.
The room was spacious and comfortable, a bit noisy because it faced a bar down the street with very loud music.
The only challenge was to get around the hotel, the street is very busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in the Toluca/Metepec are because we were looking for a pickup to buy. Overnighting was necessary. We arrived late but were still treated very well. I had asked for a King-sized bed because my husband is tall, and we got it. The bed was comfortable, the pillows just right. Everything was clean and perfect. The bathroom had all the amenities though we didn’t need them. ( I think I did use the hair dryer). The shower was perfect with continuing hot water. And we had a small coffee maker-nice. The only thing it lacked ( its a small thing really- a small fridge.) Thanks for a great stay( breakfast was good too.)
