★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was great. It was a wonderful place to rest after a long day of work. I only had a problem at the check in because the charge was 5 dollars higher than what it should be but the money was reimbursed so there was no harm.
Highly recommend the property if you are going to Tuxpan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole hotel without water and they did not take the time to inform the guests. Finally, we had to move to another hotel. Normally, the personnel is very helpful but on this situation they don't know what to do. I asked the front desk for a bucket with water to flush the room toilet. Their answer was that they do not have buckets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an amazing place so far. I am day 1 of 7 today. The hotel was great. My only complaint is the walls are to thin. If you're in a room that the beds meet from other room you can hear the people in the other room snoring or laughing until 2am. Otherwise I'll definitely stay again I'll just request room at different end. The ?02 and ?03 rooms beds share a wall so try to get ?01 or ?04 room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here with my husband in 2019 and since then we have traveled around and stayed at several different hotels in central Mexico but none have been as good as this hotel! The staff was excellent, the room was perfect with an incredibly comfortable bed, and the free breakfast was super delicious! We will ABSOLUTELY stay here again the next time we are in Tuxpan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pase un gran fin de semana, el check in fue muy rápido y la habitación muy cómoda; el hotel tiene vista al rio y junto a la alberca hay un pequeño andador junto al rio.
Las medidas de seguridad por el covid son excelentes aunque algunos huéspedes no respetan el mínimo en el elevador.
Lo único que no me gustó, se podría decir que fue que había mucha gente en el desayuno, considero que podrían ampliar el horario. En general, si volvería o incluso me hospedaría en cualquier otro de la cadena en cualquier ciudad
