★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was very comfortable, with a huge bed and big and fluffy pillows, the views from my windows were just awesome.
The only trouble I had was that I had to get up and manually turn the tv on, the remote worked but it wouldn't turn the tv on.
Upon arrival a small issue about the temperature of the room occurred and as luck would have it, the AC guy for the hotel was in the hallway and I asked for his help and he fixed it within minutes. Overall I will be staying here in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the pool and the services, especially the access to the beach and the beach chairs. There was always someone ready to help with whatever we needed. The customer service is great!I wish the treatment to each guest was the same regardless of what room they booked. I booked a double and a standard room and i felt how differently they treated each room. Although both rooms were essentially the same, the beds, lighting, view, bathroom and even the employee treatment was completely different. One was obviously higher quality than the other. It was sad because I was very excited to be staying at a holiday inn during my vacation.

When I checked in, I specifically asked if I had breakfast included in my reservation and they told me that I did not so I ended up paying for our family's breakfast the next day. I then checked with my travel agent and found out that I actually did have breakfast included in my reservation, so i asked them to refund the breakfast since I ate at their restaurant. They refused and kept the money. I even spoke to a manager and instead of helping me, the manager said that I should have came down stairs and asked again but it seems to me like she should train her staff better instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para un viaje de negocios y un viaje corto de familia el lugar es excelente, el desayuno buffet ( pagas un mínimo extra) es muy variado y muy bueno en variedad. Adicionalmente justo al frente tienes muchas otras posibles ofertas de comida.
La alberca del hotel que tiene una parte techada y una abierta que se interconectares maravillosa.
Entre el hotel y la playa hay una calle cuestión que no es muy agradable para cruzar pero tampoco es un problema mayúsculo.
Por la limpieza, ubicación, excelente servicio y comida lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Has a fancy tower or and economic tower Holiday Inn express. Definitely great value for what you pay!
