★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I spent 1 month at this property and will be returning for 1 more. The staff makes you feel at home, they are wonderful! The property is very clean and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect, walking distance to all the major attractions. And it is very safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. We were missing face cloths but staff brought them as soon as we mentioned we didn't have any. Toiletries are average. Breakfast is average. Location is good for visiting historic district. Lots of Restaurant choices close by. Hotel check in is on the second floor of the building. Bit inconvenient if you are in and out a lot. Would have liked to have some English TV for relaxing after a long day of touring.
I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is great, they put a lot of care into ensuring the sanitary measures regarding Covid-19 are respected.
The hotel is in a great location in downtown Xalapa, next to the state government and close to the city's.
There are several restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great room. View of snow capped Mountain. Comfortable bed . Excellent bathroom. A/c worked great! Wish they had a small refrigerator and more English speaking TV stations. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Can’t imagine a better hotel to stay at. Perfect central location also!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleanliness, the service, the people and the food were great! The Parking lot is very convenient and there are a couple of good restaurants in the lower floors of the building and there is even a small movie theater. Excellent location as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was okay. The bed was good and the room was clean. The gym facilities were old and some didn’t work. The mall were the hotel was located looked old and a bit abandoned. Electric stairs were shut, forcing people to take the elevator. During COVID, this doesn’t seem like a good idea.
