This is a good value. The staff is very accommodating. The rooms seem to be a little dated (pillows need to be upgraded, for example), but overall they are comfortable for a short stay. The only complaint is the rooms get hot unless you keep the fan/ac on in the room and the unit is very loud.

Good price good security and good bed. Bit of noise from the traffic but hey you get that in most hotels. Overall very friendly staff and helpful!

This isn't the first time to stay at this property. This however was the first time to eat dinner in the restaurant/bar. Food was delicious and service was even better if that is possible. The room is getting tired and there is a shortage of electrical outlets. Kind of an unusual experience was that the TV in the living room was smaller than in the bedroom. Strange if you ask me. Other than that, this is a good property to stay at. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Still a good place for business travelers. Needs to improve cleanliness and functionality in parking lot, security locks for in/out doors connecting lobby and S1 to parking lot. Actually locks not working at S1 level door. Rooms and bathroom are outdated. Room curtain was ripped. Good location and friendly service

Place was comfortable and good located close to the places we wanted to visit. Room was ok however, some signs of discoloration in carpet are presented. Restroom looked a refurbishing required in lights and furnishing. Bed was comfortable and TV equipment looked new. Pool facilities were clean and good acclimated. Flavor of meals were excellent, and personnel of restaurant was really friendly and always attended with disposition. Parking spaces for cars is adequate. Personnel in the front desk did not offer much help or information. I was no informed that rate did not included breakfast, girl in front desk did not take note about my comments and did not offer any complementary rate for it. In hotel there are signs informing a "free smoke space" inside facilities, however, in pool area there are no signs and some hosts were smoking. I reported it to front desk and an employee went to request to cigar off, but they refused to do it arguing about int that area there were no signs forbidding smoking. Finally they cut off cigarettes complaining.

The room was nice, the Staff great. There is no bar, just a tied off tiny room; which makes no sense. I had 3 dinners and 2 breakfast while at the hotel. Dinners were truly disgusting and breakfast was lacking. No Breakfsst meats no fresh eggs. Being an Ambassador Spire, I’ve stayed all across Mexico. I love the culture, people and the food. I’ll never stay at this hotel.

This hotel was a challenge. Dealing with the front desk made for a stressful stay. On the bright side, every area of the hotel was spotless. Staff were constantly cleaning and the housekeeping staff member who was usually on my floor was really lovely and did an amazing job. The bellhops were super -- personable, service oriented. We loved Luis and Gauden. So helpful and thoughtful. The rest was one big sigh after another...very frustrating experience... -Some bizarre rules under the pretext of being COVID precautions were in play that made things hard. For example, the gym was only open to one person at a time and you had to book an appointment to secure it, though you only found that out when you tried to go to the gym. -The pool was closed except on weekends and you had to book an appointment to swim with only one person permitted in the pool at a time -- but they don't tell you that unless you ask very specifically about how to get in. Well, that doesn't work very well if you are there during the week (as I was) and it doesn't even work on the weekend if you don't know you have to book in advance. -Emails sent to the hotel in advance about a convention rate they were offering went ignored. -The printer in the business area didn't work, though the sales team helped by printing a document for us. -One of the front desk team (Adrian) was very helpful...much appreciated. The rest of the team were just challenging to deal with. -Mostly for elite members of Priority Club, IHG hotels try to give us nice rooms. Not here. They made a big deal about how they didn't have any rooms with a fridge but then ended up moving me 3 rooms down the hall and...lo and behold...the room had a fridge. I felt this hotel was not keen on Americans. If ever in Leon, I would choose a different hotel.

My room was always clean and fresh towels were placed in the bathroom every day. People in the restaurant and reception were nice. Location is great. I recommend this hotel definitely.
