★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just at my arrival, I asked the guy helping with my luggage my need of getting some staffs and he immediately indicated me how to get it with no problem; and also I was in need of a few things and at the front desk they directed me right away to the person. The personnel at the airport was very friendly and not knowing very well the airport he inspired me security

The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are big and clean.
There is plenty of food choice for breakfast and dinner.
Overall a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay I wish I can stay longer I loved the dinner the breakfast the beds every passenger in the air plain was commenting about how comfortable they were. Free shuttle to the airport. Very happy to visit this nice Hotel.
I knew this line Holiday Inn because I stay at other hotel in the Grand Canyon and also was a great experience. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elevator Bell sounds like an alarm clock! we were not able to get a good sleep because of it, every time people use the elevator, the elevator stop bell sounds so hard that we could hear it while we were sleeping. The glass doors on bathrooms do not qualify as privacy enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful, clean hotel! The service here was top-notch, and the staff really ensured that our stay here was worthwhile. We highly recommend this place to everyone who’s in the area. It’s also great that they take corona precautions so seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The hotel was clean and modern. Excellent room service! Negative: The front desk staff were a bit abrupt (surprisingly), albeit the rest of the staff were incredibly attentive, as has been my experience in Mexico City. I had a long wait time -almost 50 minutes- for their shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
