★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great stay. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Front desk was nice but the bell hop guy at night was the friendliest and was near everything including the main highway...will definitely stay again in the future.

Need to be sure that the pool cushions are in their best condition, as well as the furniture, the pool itself is clean and inviting, but once I got to the seating/relaxing area, it is noticeable that it needs replacement.
I extended a complete week, and really glad, but everyday now with Covid Delta variant, I was wondering if the room was actually disinfected, it was extraordinary clean, but in other hotels they leave like a card that it has been disinfected, I had with me wipes and cleaned up again things that are touched such as outlets, knobs, controls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In first place, the TV signal was not clear, many channels had distorted image, I reported it, but not a rapid the solution was given.
Another situation was with the ice machine, it was not working adequately, and again, the answer form the the staff, was "we had many guests during the day and not enough ice was left"
I great surprise was the mini-bar in-room instead of a real fridge, and with not enough ice, it was difficult to keep cold some medicines.
The light interrupter of the sink, was very hard to use.
And finally, the towels were not in good shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here one night on our way from San Miguel de Allende and before crossing the border at Eagle Pass
Our room was pretty basic but comfortable enough. There was some noise from the highway but it wasn't too bad. There is covered parking right outside the lobby and plenty of spaces in the adjacent parking lot
The hotel restaurant was decent. Service was impeccable and the food and drinks were pretty good and reasonably priced
I'd definitely stay here again
