Although the hotel is at a good location and the design is nice and traditional, all this goes into waste when the person meeting you at the front is aggressive and way too descendant while not acknowledging my Gold Elite status and pretty much treating poorly just because i was wearing street clothes. It's a sahem such a nice location among all hotels in that city has such staff greeting and meeting customers, it seem being a loyal customer has no benefit over regular walk-ins.

This is the nicest Holiday Inn we have ever stayed in anywhere. The outside gardens and the lobby are an experience in itself. Great staff, good food. Clean rooms and friendly atmosphere.

The hotel billed an extra night's fee to my credit card without justification. Despite reserving only 5 nights, they claimed I didn't check out and that they therefore had the right to charge me a sixth night. I called IHG's customer service and emailed back and forth with the hotel many times to politely ask them to refund the overbilling. I had arranged a late 4pm check-out, but was in a rush to get to the airport, so did not stop by the front desk upon leaving. Because of this, they simply billed me an extra night, saying I "never checked out" even though I arranged the late check-out and left the hotel at 4pm. I explained that if in doubt, they could have checked the room at 4:05pm and confirmed that I was gone. Many phone calls and 20+ emails later they refunded the money, but only after threatening a bad review and disputing the credit card charges! They never apologized or even offered points for the overbilling. I have never been treated like that at any hotel, and have status at IHG: Platinum Ambassador. I will never stay at this hotel again!

We have a great high school reunion ? after many years Big table and unfortunately or service was terrible ? Wine ? was not at the right temperature Or server never offer more drinks ? Water glass empty I don't think so we back to this place

Great unique hotel, courtyard for dinner and drinks in the evening is amazing. Food at hotel is pricey compared to what you can go with a $35mxn Uber.

The Hotel is nice, the rooms on the backside from the mainstreet it‘s quiet. But you con not open the windows. No fresh air. And the stuff on the breakfast is verry verry slow. You look but don't see… Pastries are all wrapped in foil without labelling, indefinable content. Surprises. Almost everything is too sweet. Alternatively, only toast bread. A lot could be achieved with better organisation.

We stay at this property virtually every year and I typically have nothing but positives to describe the stay, but this time and as a Platinum Elite Member I am compelled to complain. We booked the "Club Floor and Lounge Access" room for the purpose of, well, lounge access after a long day! When we arrived, we were inexplicably told it was closed due to the pandemic. Further, we were charged the higher price for the associated service, but without the service. When I asked the front desk, I was simply told "sorry, but we cannot open and we cannot adjust the price." I find that to be unacceptable. I also find it unacceptable to advertise the room with lounge access if the lounge access is actually NOT included, but charged the same price. I would hope to hear from Management and provided some form of remuneration for this regretful situation--and further, perhaps some training of the staff to be a bit more polite and customer service friendly.

The location is very good ?? you are able to move everywhere in few minutes. The rooms and facilities are clean and the staff is very friendly. The price is good for the quality of service and facilities. They have a big parking place so you don’t need to worry about where to park your car. The swimming pool is a little bit small but enough to enjoy if the weather is nice.
