P	Pedro59 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in all, the most comfortable place to stay in Mazatlan I have experienced in my 10 years coming here to vacation. Improvements needed in the area of food quality and MORE ELEVATORS - but that last one is in progress now. The mariachi Bands woke us up from our siesta every afternoon. No bueno. However the rooms are very cool and comfortable with lots of storage. The beds and baths are superior. Excellent stay overall
L	Lynda? Collingham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 3 days here recently. Our room was comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant was pretty good and the service was good. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet, do not come here! This is a very noisy place, with loud obnoxious music everywhere. There are also lots of kids in the pool and outside area.
A	Alex H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is in a good location with many things like liquor store, restaurants and the main Blvd close by. I stayed at the CID hotel after and I wish I would have stayed here more days instead, that should give you and idea.

We like to catch an occasional sunset from the 12th floor bar, which faces West and has fantastic views.

V	Verified Hotel Guest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Excellent location with every unit facing the ocean. Hector at the front desk was beyond helpful! The beds were perfect. An added bonus was the Starbucks kiosk. Negative: The bands playing in front of the hotel were so loud even from the 11th floor with the doors shut, an afternoon nap was not possible.

Bartender clearly didn't know how to make a simple margarita. I stay at holiday inns often and this was not a good experience. We will definitely be staying elsewhere on our next trip to Mazatlan. The highlight was the young lady from housekeeping responsible for our floor. She was pleasant and helpful. She gave great restaurant recommendations and was very attentive.

Clean rooms, good AC, very nice view, and the staff at the reception desk were very courteous, so did the employees at the entrance to the Hotel. The Hotel has a good location, easy to get transportation to any other place. Definitely, will be back!
