★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed at this hotel on previous visits as I have friends in the local area. I've enjoyed my visits and still find this probably the best hotel in the immediate area. however, some areas of improvement would be housekeeping thoroughness (ie: I found hair in the shower), and perhaps being aware that guests are sleeping near the housekeeping area. Housekeepers were a bit loud while in their common area early in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at this hotel was amazing. I enjoyed our stay and really liked how everyone was taking precautions during these difficult times. Our room was extremely clean and well kept. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a choice, do NOT eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel.
The food is good but the service is HORRIBLE!
You will be waiting and waiting and waiting just to be served. You will wait twice as long for your food (that will come out lukewarm and dried out) and then you will wait even longer for the cheque and again, wait some more to pay.
You might spend a half hour out of two hours actually eating.
One more I sat for over 30 minutes without a server even approaching me. They walked past me and served others who came in after me.
Very passive aggressive rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant very adequate. The main thing was the pool was not usable..way too cold and hot tub not hot..had been looking forward to using it. Took me a while to figure out shower so took a cold shower a couple times...not sure if there was no hot water or operator error..LOL. Key card to both rooms were not working well..but that was minor. My flight was cancelled so had to book extra night...the clerk could not do it at front desk so had to book on line..not sue what the deal was there but not too much trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in this hotel since 8/2021 and it's been great. All the staff members are very friendly and always willing to accommodate your needs. And having a restaurant attached is great, they have a breakfast buffet and they serve food until 11PM, food is great and everyone at the restaurant are very friendly and professional. I am here for work and like I I've said l, it has been almost a year and tho I thought about renting a place instead of staying at this hotel for so long, I don't think I would be as comfortable as I am here at the Holiday Inn.
