★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For about the last year or so, my company has put us up here in this hotel and it was a great decision!! The hotel and rooms are always impeccably clean. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the location is right across from the mall and food options.

Everybody is really nice and attentive, making one of the best experiences for rest in the center of a huge city, on the most strategic spot of the center of Mexico.
Rooms shall stay with drapes closed to avoid warming up the room during hot weather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spend 2 weeks at this hôtel. People from the restaurant are taking Care of you at any Time. Nice view from the 7th staires. It's well place compare to industrial Zone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a beautiful property. Well maintained and very clean. The breakfast buffet was so delicious as were the appetizers ordered with family that evening.
The pool was large and temperature perfect.
Hotel pillows almost always give me headaches but I slept like a baby with the firm oversized pillow provided.
Overall it was a wonderful hotel. I would absolutely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The suite was spacious with many amenities, what really disappointed me was the size of the jacuzzi in which a medium size person can barely fit in. Everything else was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At my arrival I approached to the sign that says "Welcome, your priority elite checkin starts here..." I though I can use this special lane since there were 3 people on the regular line but the answer was that they will not attend on this special line... So why you don´t just take out this sign and specify that the Spire Elite members like me will have excactly the same reception than others....
On the night I realize the heating system of the room was not working, I took the decision to deal with that since I spent 30 minutes sanitizing my room and I didn´t want maintenance people conming in the middle of the night or making me change room... my point is why you don´t have a proper maintenance program and notice this failures before a customer has a very bad experience (night was really cold).
Food and service on the restaurant was very good, above average...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here part of the week in the main building. Came back in had a rude manager. Given a room in the back part of the lot. Second floor no elevator. If I hadn't prepaid would be at the Courtyard where I usually stay. I am not at a holiday inn I am at a holiday motel. Really sucks having a door that opens into an unsecured area. Court yard from now on when in SLP. If you are an American I would reconsider staying here. It isn't safe!!!
