★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was very nice and clean. The guestroom was plenty large enough with a desk and chair to work at.
The bartender and manager (Oscar and Alex) were amazing. Highly recommend staying there because of those two. Very welcoming.
The food was incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before I chose the Holiday Inn Aquascalientes, the staff was very responsive to e-mail questions in regards to Ground transportation. The service provided was accurate, comfortable, timely and the drivers were very kind. The hotel is brand new and other than a few minor training issues (to be expected), my visit was flawless. The management team made themselves available and welcomed me warmly. This was the most pleasant hotel stay I have ever experienced in more that 25 years of Business Travel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern comfortable hotel well located. The surrounding area is calm yet there are convenience stores and restaurants near by. All the staff were kind and helpful. Prepaid breakfast is a good deal as you can personalize your breakfast with healthy choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid seems to affected the overall comfort of a stay at this facility. The room was fresh and clean but missing all vanity products in the bathroom including towels. Double occupancy no longer means 2 bath towels. I have had better experiences at this chain of hotels.

But missed the mark in providing additional hand towels, washcloths
Could use better coffee in the room
No place to relax outside - would have enjoyed a small table/chairs to enjoy a drink.
