c	cmygates on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed overnight during Hotel's first week and enjoyed the location and service. La Isla plaza was in walk-able distance and City Center plaza is 5 minutes away by car. Several really good restaurants within a few minute drive or walk. They do need better signage in the entrance lobby and elevator to assist people to the right locations.

J	JeanMaker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is new and clean, but too many small things were not good. 1) food is average at the hotel at best. 2) can't add the tip to the hotel restaurant bill - very inconvenient for expensing. 3) hot water in shower constantly getting very hot, then warm 4) sink plug in bathroom did not work.

El único problema es que no tuvimos en dónde conctar la cafetera y tuvimos que moverla al baño para usarla. El desayuno con muy buen servicio pero la comida no muy rica.
M	Miguel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location -in front of a shopping mall and only 15 mins from downtown. Elevator will not go down to the garage, which is annoying (you have o use the ramp to get access to your car). The cleaning plan is not standard

E	Eddie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location staff was very helpful. Room was great beds excellent. Would really recommend this place to all. Breakfast was great quick and nice servers. Price was good. Only thing was they didn’t have a pool. Enjoyed my stay there.
R	Ruthy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I staid with my son for visiting family in Merida. The room was wonderful and we had a very comfortable stay. The beds are incredible along with the options of pillows. Everything is perfect in the room. The only thing that could be improved us the staff at arrival didn't mention the gym would be only opened by appointment and we found it closed at 6:30 am we were really disappointed.
