★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people are very kind. I brought my puppy along and I left it outside, and the security guards made sure she was alright food was amazing, the room was very clean and the bed were very comfortable. Would recommend to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were prompt to serve and had a great attitude. I stayed there for more than a week and called on room service for breakfast and dinner and I always had great service. I would stay there again and recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my third stay in this hotel in one month. On all three occasions rooms were not clean. Staff or forget to clean the room or they clean it only superficially.
Also, common areas like passageways, restaurant were seen to be dirty.
I have stayed in same hotel on many occasions but could see that cleanliness is becoming worse.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms and facilities add up to an acceptable stay at this hotel. It’s not five star but absolutely excellent value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved a executive king but when I got to hotel they gave me a standard queen but didn't tell me. After having to wait till four pm for my room to be ready when to the room to find a standard queen went to front desk to be told that was all that was available. Have stayed in the hotel many times never had a problem but this time was probably the last time I will stay there

People were only interested in helping Chinese business men..... Truly sad for a great American hotel!!!
