★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place if you're staying in Tuxtla. It was recently refurbished so the hotel rooms are modern and kind of new. It's very well located in the center part of Tuxtla and just in front a commercial center and a supermarket. The pool is very nice and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta este hotel y creo que es una buena opción en la ciudad, sin embargo hay dos temas que deben mejorar. El servicio alimentos y bebidas es lento, sobre todo en el area de la alberca. Por otro lado, el area de la alberca es muy bonita, sin embargo, solo hay 4 camastros en todo el hotel y tres salidas con sombra. Es por demás decir que es insuficiente para el número de huéspedes de un hotel de su tamaño. Hay que ir a la recepción por toallas y en una ocasión me mencionaron que a lo mejor no tenían toallas suficientes. Otro día tuvimos que sentarnos en unas sillas que nosotros trajimos para poder utilizar unas mesas "aventadas" en el area con techo de la alberca. Creo que si mejoran el servicio en esta area, sería un excelente hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our poor time. Staff we very helpful. The kitchen staff has a very hard time understanding English. It is hard to place alcohol drink orders and get the correct drink. We have a hard time communicating we need and and black pepper for our food. Breakfast is not very good. The sausage is a hot dog not an actual breakfast sausage. Coffee is weak not strong enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Room was very dirty. We had 3 rooms for 7 days. Went asked for a table and chairs for pool we were told that they had no more but every other person/ group that came i. Waa given a table and chairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recognition of loyalty at this property! They wouldn’t even assign an upgrade valued at $20 a night as a spire elite member. Reception staff are rude and unprofessional and disconnect calls instead of transferring to someone senior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to face a language problem at the reception area, and my second visit was not pleasant as the first. The receptions billed my companion, who left the hotel late, and she was not aware of any booking procedure. I made the reservations and presented my card upon check-in and made the payment, but she was asked to pay for one night or not let her out from the premises; as she needed to catch the flight, she made the payment and sent me the receipt. Shame on the receptions staff who can handle simple matters smoothly.

However they need to pay more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning the bathrooms.
There's mold in the shower heads and shower walls and air filters.
Other than that everything good.
