E	Enrique on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second time at this hotel at Uruapan. This is the best call in the city (I tried other hotels in the area). Employees are very polite and ready to help you in whatever you need. Clean room, nice and conformable desk with plugs for your laptop in the desk itself. High speed internet (real high speed internet!). Breakfast is good, lot of choices. Good security in and around the hotel (guards always around).

We had a lot of luggage that had to be reloaded on the top of our SUV and had great professional help in safely securing it all. LOVE THE BREAKFAST! Buffet included wonderful local dishes from Michoacán that aren’t found elsewhere in Mexico. Lovely choices of fresh juices. Great value staying here.

D	Duncan Haywood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solid wifi for the city since coverage seems pretty low here, but more like 7mb download and 3mb upload than what they advertise. They’re also incredibly strict with their staff and watch them all the time on camera. I felt pretty uncomfortable with that level of control and felt that all the staff were uncomfortable on some level.
V	Veronica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bedroom carpet is dirty full of spots and sticky. The pool was out of service and was the main reason I chose this hotel for my children to enjoy the pool. Breakfast was not included as described in my reservation. Staff told me I only had a 10% discount for having the IHG membership. First Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at that doesn’t include breakfast. One of the days we came back to the hotel to drop off some things we purchased and Valet guy wouldn’t allow us to leave car parked in front while I ran in to drop them off in our room and made my husband park the car all the way in the back even though he told the valet guy he would stay in the car just in case and would move if needed. Overall worst holiday inn I have stayed at.
T	Traveler53 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found everything to be in perfect order. Wonderful staff, great food and drink. The service impeccable. I had made a mistake in booking my reservation. I still don’t fully understand why the website would alter the dates I had already established, but the front desk was able to solve the problem immediately and provided us with a very comfortable room.
C	Cali king on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my stay, the bathroom door was not functioning. It was not closing properly. I was not too concerned so I didn’t bring it up to the staff. However, you would expect the Holiday Inn to be on top of their room maintenance. Lastly, upon arrival no information regarding Wifi or food menu was offered to me or available in my room. This was another small flaw but the kind staff was able to provide me with that information after a brief call. Overall, the place was quite comfortable to sleep as it was nice and quiet. The rooms were nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. If your looking for a good night sleep this is the place.
