★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally i love to stay in this hotel.
However this was a different time. I was to tired from previous trips and i was looking for a nice warm bath.
The water pressure it remarkable poor. Medium temperature = too hot water
More cold water and suddendly it was only cold water
And then suddenly too much hot water
This kind of problem usually is related to the capacity of the boiler room to generate enough hot water.
Besides the pressure is to low and barely have water in the shower
Being attached to a great brand loke holiday inn require effort from the owner to offer new and eficient facilities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only stayed one night at this hotel. We had a great experience. The beds are very comfortable and the room very spacious. The bathroom seems small compared to the room.
Great location if you want to walk down town and seawall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 3 nights at this Hotel and the room was simply great! nice space, quiet even it´s in front of a main avenue. The staff was very supportive and the Tour Agency was very helpful as well, we enjoyed a tour with a bilingual guide for a day, which was overall our expectations. Also we were able to use the Holiday Inn located in front of the beach facilities. I highly recommend this Hotel and will come back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting Historic Hotel, Staying here will take you back in time while providing some creature comfort. This Location close to the hitoric centre of the Main Port from the new to old World in the Spanish tradition offeres some insight to how things must have been. The Swimming pool could use a Little warmth in the cooler season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos estuvo muy bien durante nuestra estancia. El personal muy atento desde que realice la reservación, y estamos sumamente agradecidos con todos, ya que olvidamos una bocina en la habitación y me llamaron para notificarme y hacer la devolución. Desafortunadamente, por la prisa de nuestro viaje no pude tomar el nombre del chico de recepción que me llamo y ayudo con la devolución, pero por la fecha y hora podrán saber de quien se trata, esto fue el 05-jul-20 a la 1:15 pm. GRACIAS!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property looks like it was turned into a hotel a long time ago and nobody has ever bothered to update the installations and the rooms. The bed is super uncomfortable, the towels looks gray from old age, the bathrooms could be more inviting, the fitness room had no towels and water cooler was completely empty. This place could use some remodeling of the rooms and bathrooms. Employees were very nice and helpful, tough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small bed, small room, small bathroom. Moist floors and walls. Yes, this might be a historic building and classified as such. Yes, staff are SUPER and do their utmost. And yes, the location is pretty central but considering you have 2 nice/new Holiday Inns in Boca del Rio, it might not be worth keeping this one in the IHG portfolio.
