Zoli and the nurses and doctors at the spa are really welcoming and caring. I felt at home from the moment I walked in. I had so much going on and never thought I'd have relief and biospa proved me wrong. I'm feeling so much better and continue to improve. I'm so thankful to everyone that helped me. I suggest anyone who is going through chronic illness to come here and take the chance at having your life back

So first & foremost, I wanted to mention that I'm a returning customer over the last several years. Every time I visit Puerto Vallarta, I frequent the Holisitc Bio Spa because they have just about every treatment you could imagine (stem cell, ozone infusion, hyperbaric chamber) and the list just keeps on growing. I also purchase a lot of the supplements that I use to maintain the symptoms of my disease (Cystic Fibrosis) from them. I recently had the pleasure of having an appointment with their on staff Doctor, Dr. Yael who I was consulting with for my next treatment (exosome infusion, 5 billion to complement my stem cell infusion) and she brought to my attention that the Doctor on staff who handles the stem cell procedures has over 40 years of experience; she also pointed out some other potential treatments specifically for people with genetic diseases. I highly recommend a visit to this facility, which is state of the art & exceptionally well maintained, for people who are struggling with chronic illnesses and find little to no relief from traditional forms of medical treatment or even as a complementary approach to deal with illness & imbalances in the body in a holistic.... It is very well worth the visit to drop by & have a chat with the friendly reception staff as there are all kinds if tailor packages that can be created to suit the patient's specifc needs and desired outcomes... A few words to describe them...Educated experts who are very thorough in their approach, they are communicative, compassionate, and 100% legitimate in their approach to root cause medicine. They do not jump into a treatment plan before they have a solid conclusion. I had a new perspective and much needed sense of confidence after our first consultation. I have zero hesitation in terms of their endorsement. I have trusted them with the health of my 14 year old child since Aug of 2021. It was evident to me they operate exactly in the manner which I was seeking. Not only can I attest to this as a previous healthcare professional of 24 years, I can confidently share this as a mother. I went to Holistic to get an appoinment with their Physiotherapist Adilene for a massage because I had had pain in my right limb for 5 weeks and couldn't walk due to the pain. My experience was incredible, the best massage therapy ever. I walked out without pain and feeling completely relaxed. The hole process was super simple. I felt cared and loved by the entire staff. Definitely a place you should visit if you want to pamper your body and your soul. The massage was longer than average, the amethyst bed is delicious and the essential oil therapy they use gives the massage extra points. I can't find a way to describe such a good experience, 5 star excellent service. Thank you Dr. Zoli for such a great place!

I found holistic bio spa when planning a last minute solo trip to Mexico. Carley helped me arrange services before and during my trip there. I didn’t plan to do a whole major work up on that particular trip, but I definitely want to in the future. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had an amazing lymphatic massage with Ady, two ozone IV’s and a Vitamin C infusion. I definitely will return again for more services in the future and highly recommend this amazing place.

I've never written a review before but I thought this was worth writing. My name is Gurnek and I'm from India. I made an appointment with Zoli for stem cell treatment for my knee for a sports injury and I couldn't make my appointment. I was refunded a portion of my deposit and a part was kept that I could use for future treatments. Because of the pandemic I couldn't get to the spa until last month and they honored my deposit they had for 2 years. I was surprised by their honesty. I got my stem cell therapy and I think it saved my knee. No more crunching and no more pain. Top quality care and amazing results and best of all honest people. ??

My first appointment was such a great experience! Zoli and the staff are so passionate in their practice and knowledgeable about how to heal the body naturally. They created an individualized protocol for me to help heal my gut and hormones. I am so excited to start this healing process! Me and my girlfriend were in PVR on holiday and went to bio spa for an enima, when we were waiting at reception a British lady was hugging the nurses, Dr´s and staff and was very excited as she was had been receiving treated for cancer and was now cancer free. This very much peaked our interest. The enima was very professional but it planted the seed of interest in stem cells. I have lower back pain and general soft tissue discomfort from years of training, specifically from Marine Commando training & 10 + years in the British Military. Training is my life and the lower back pain has continued to worsen & it was at a stage where every time I train I was in some level of discomfort. Bio spa told me to do an MRI and blood tests which showed grade IV degeneration of the lumbar spine, herniated disk as well as some hormone imbalances. I received various IV´s, over the counter supplements and stem cells injected specifically into the lower back in hospital and a IV drip stem cells at the bio spa. It's been 2 weeks now since the treatment and I´ve just stared light training with machines (no intensive exercise is allowed for first month after stem cells). I already notice a marked improvement in my lower back as well as in my upper lat which was injected and usually hurts when I lay on the left side. That no longer hurts. The full effects of stem cells take 4 months but already I am at a stage where I think - yes it was totally worth it & I would recommend this to anyone looking for an improvement in their health / quality of life. I had Carley as my co-ordinator who was fantastic and I would highly recommend. There was a mistake with the co-ordination of my hospital appointment which meant I had to change my flight and stay a couple of extra days but rather than blame the hospital or scape goat an individual she said ´we made a mistake´- took collective responsibility and offered me a discount which more than made up for the error. So to me that only made them go up in my estimation of how they handled it. Dr Bars was my Dr and again I only have good things to say about my treatment. I was concerned it would hurt, harvesting my own stem cells from my clavicle but there was no pain, the least I have had from any injection. a standard blood tests actually hurt more (but again is minimal). So if that is a concern for you it need not be. One other laudatory mention is the nurse Alexjandra (probably spelling that wrong) - she was fantastic and talked to me during my IV´s / plasmapheresis which can take a couple of hours and was just a great positive person. All the staff seem to be very close and it seems like a great working environment which is reflected in the service and all aspects. In summary I highly recommend bio spa and if your thinking of getting stem cells it has already made a marked improvement into my lower back pain and quality of life.
