Holistic Spa Cancun. - 77500 Cancún

My girlfriend and I went for a one hour Swedish couples massage and the massage itself was subpar. They pretty much just lathered us in lotion. The pressure was non existent. It’s a Swedish massage, so we’re not expecting a whole lot of pressure, but In this case, they just rubbed lotion on us for 50 minutes.

Amazing experience and decent prices! My boyfriend and I got a couples massage here and were very impressed. Barbara and Martha Islas were both amazing and super professional. Can’t wait to go back next time we are in Cancun!

My girlfriend and I got a couples massage here while on vacation. The resort spa was charging almost 3-4x more for the same thing. Ely and Martha Islas were out therapists and they were absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly and welcoming, and gave an unreal massage. Great way to recover and rejuvenate our bodies. Each massage also comes with a 10mins fish therapy which was super weird at first, but really cool and left our feet smooth as ever!

Linda was amazing and such a hard worker. I had 3 hours worth of services done by Linda and she was excellent the entire time. I got a massage, facial, and exfoliation. She was sweet and friendly!! Their prices are very affordable compared to the US. I’m glad I found this spot.thank you Linda for everything!!!

Very unprofessional service. Couldn’t remember their names (one was older in her 50’s and one younger) as was totally sidetracked with the uncomfortable experience. During the couple massage both were whispering and giggling throughout the duration. Totally killed the moment and we just wanted it to end. Once we called them out, they eventually stopped. They even had the cheek to angle for a tip. After our shambolic massage experience we pointed this out to the supervisor on site, who only offered a 10 minute free massage the following day. We would never put ourselves through that again and politely declined her offer. Would thoroughly recommend Bamboo Spa a couple of doors down. Much more professional, cleaner and nicer premises. Wished we used Bamboo Spa first time round and could’ve avoided the buzz kill of what should have been a nice relaxing moment. Avoid Holistic Spa Cancun at all costs!

Great experience! I’ve had plenty of massages and this place was amazing. I got a 60-min Swedish massage and they threw in the fish tank for your feet for free. Significantly cheaper than if I were to have got a massage at my resort. Highly recommend!

Clean spa and very professional staff. I had a 4 hand massage, and it was amazing. Aida and Roger were excellent! My boyfriend got a hot rock massage and he said it was great. He was seen by M. Islas. I will definitely return on our next visit. We had fish therapy, too. It was unusual at first, but we got used to it quickly.
