★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy llevamos a nuestra perrita, la cita era a las 10:30am me comentaron que había 2 perritos adelante y que ellas me llamaban, para las 2pm llamamos por la demora y nos dijeron que a las 4pm pasáramos porque los cortes tomaban su tiempo, dieron las 4pm y no recibimos llamada pero fuimos por la perrita, al llegar nos dijeron que las chicas estaban comiendo, pero que la perrita aun no estaba, porque tenían mucho trabajo. No le hicieron absolutamente nada y solo la estresaron, no fueron para avisar, mantener al tanto o por lo menos tener expectativas claras, hasta hoy vimos las reseñas y son pésimas, lástima que también resultaron ser ciertas. No lleven a sus perritos aquí.
Today we took our dog, the appointment was at 10:30 am they told me that there were 2 puppies ahead and that they called me, by 2pm we called for the delay and they told us that at 4pm we would pass because the courts took their time, they gave 4pm and we did not receive a call but we went for the dog, when they arrived they told us that the girls were eating, but that the dog was not there yet, because they had a lot of work. They did absolutely nothing and just stressed, they were not to warn, keep abreast or at least have clear expectations, until today we saw the reviews and they are bad, too bad that they also turned out to be true. Don't take your puppies here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está bonito, los perros los dejan muy muy bonitos súper limpios, el corte muy bien a gusto del cliente, pero es muy tardado el servicio, no se siempre sea tan tardado, por mi perrita que iba a corte e hice cita varios días antes se tardaron más de 3 horas, el servicio es bueno, el costo es más alto que en otros lugares, si vale la pena pagarlo pero el pobre animalito va a estar en espera muchísimas horas, creo que deberían organizarse mejor o recibir menos mascotas por día, para que no estén tanto tiempo esperando.
The place is beautiful, the dogs leave them very very beautiful super clean, the cut very well to the client's taste, but the service is very slow, do not always be so long, because of my dog who was going to court and made an appointment for several days before it took more than 3 hours, the service is good, the cost is higher than in other places, if it is worth paying it but the poor little animal is going to be on hold for many hours, I think they should be better organized or receive fewer pets for day, so they don't wait so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio aqui siempre llevo a mi pomeraniano Gary. Nunca he tenido ninguna queja ni detalle lo recomiendo, aparte saliendo del corte puedes pasear a tu perro en el parque que esta enfrente está muy bien ubicado.
Excellent service here I always take my Pomeranian Gary. I have never had any complaint or detail I recommend, apart from leaving the cut you can walk your dog in the park that is opposite is very well located.
