They canceled the trip, notifying in the week of the event and after 4 months you have not made the refund nor do they respond | 04/06/2022 THEY ALREADY MADE ANOTHER TRIP TO PAL NORTE AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT GIVE ME A RESPONSE ON MY REFUND, THEY DON'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contraté un servicio con ellos y cuando se canceló me ofrecieron la opción de un reembolso. Sin embargo, han pasado 4 meses y aún no tengo ninguna noticia del ofrecido reembolso. Les marco y les mando mensaje pero no me contestan (aunque siguen subiendo promocionales de demás paquetes que manejan).
Pésima atención y seguimiento. NO los recomiendo.
I contracted a service with them and when it was canceled they offered me the option of a refund. However, 4 months have passed and I still have no news of the offered refund. I mark them and send them a message but they don't answer me (although they continue to upload promotions for other packages they handle).
Terrible attention and follow-up. I do NOT recommend them.

Les marco y les mando mensaje pero no me contestan, eliminan los mensaje de Facebook. Dicen que van depositando los reembolsos como fueron contratando yo contraté desde noviembre 2019 y nada.
Pésima atención NO los recomiendo. Para aclarar contraté el servicio en 2019 y la cancelación por parte de la agencia fue hace 5 meses, ¿que no les cuadra? ahora el tema de que no manejan reembolsos aplica en caso de que yo como cliente les cancele pero quienes cancelaron fueron ustedes, ¿están diciendo que no me darán mi dinero? ¿Por que no son capaces de contestar personalmente ni vía telefónica?

Terrible attention I do not recommend them.
