El servicio técnico me dio un costo por mantenimiento explique la falla por teléfono y cuando fui a llevar el equipo, el técnico no estaba, en ningún momento te avisan que por solo ver tu equipo, si leyeron bien, solo verlo, no una revisión a detalle, no un diagnóstico por escrito nada, ni una limpiadita ni nada te cobrarán $100. No te dan orden de servicio, bueno te cobran por nada. No te dan el diagnóstico que se supone pagas y si le preguntas al técnico se ofende por que le preguntas, te ignora y los empleados están más interesados en estar platicando y escuchar musica a todo volumen que en atenderte, realmente no comprendo cómo es que es tan grande si son tan malos en atención y servicio.
