Asistí el sábado 26 para maquillaje y peinado, yo y 3 amigas nos citaron a la 1:00 pm de entrada no tenían ni la logística ni el material para atendernos a las 3 al mismo tiempo. Mi maquillaje estuvo x nada profesional, mientras me maquillaban a mí a una de mis amigas la peinaban (porque solo había UN FERRO) y a mi otra amiga ahí la tuvieron sentada porque las demás chavas que atendían no sabían maquillar y porque no tenían el equipo necesario.Repetidas veces sonaba el teléfono y escuchaba que más personas querían agendar para peinado, a todas les dijeron que sí alcanzaban. Sorpresa nos QUEMARON EL CABELLO a mí y a mis amigas. El cabello de una de mis amigas fue el más perjudicado, se le ha caído muchísimo, esta todo trozado. A mí me duro más de una semana el olor a quemado y ahorita esta super reseco y maltratado. UN SERVICIO PÉSIMO, MALA CALIDAD DE PRODUCTOS Y MAQUILLAJES. NO SE DIGA LA DUEÑA QUE NO HA DADO LA CARA Y SOLAMENTE NOS MANDA MENSAJITOS CON SUS EMPLEADAS. Adjunto foto, no son 3 cabello como verán. PARA QUE SE LA PIENSEN 2 VECES EN HACER UNA CITA EN UN LUGAR ASÍ, DONDE NADIE SE RESPONSABILIZA DE NADA Y NO TIENEN LA DECENCIA DE REPARAR EL DAÑO. AWFUL SERVICE, THEY BURNED OUR HAIR!!!! Y cada que lo lavo siguen saliendo trozos de cabello quemado, el olor es de cabello quemado!! Les pedí devolución de mi dinero que me parece que es lo mínimo que pueden hacer y se negaron! Pésima atención, de verdad echaron a perder mi cabello!!!!!!!!!! No vayan! Fuimos varias amigas al mismo tiempo, todas queríamos peinado ondulado con ferro (sólo tenían uno, por lo que fue muy lentooo todo). Tres días después nuestro cabello seguía oliendo horrible a quemado. Lo peor fue que a una de mis amigas le aplicaron algo en el cabello y al primer baño se le cayó demasiado!, quedaron puños de cabello en la regadera y en todo el piso!. Sin duda pésima experiencia.
