Holy Cow! Burger & Beer Joint nace de la inquietud de sus socios de poner en marcha la experiencia adquirida en restaurantes de alta cocina en Europa de nuestro Socio Chef, teniendo todos la visión de abrir un restaurante donde se pudieran ver los partidos deportivos, escuchar buena música y disfrutar de una rica comida que guste a chicos y grandes. Aprovechando la carne de alta calidad de Sonora y de otras partes del mundo, nuestro chef diseñó nuestro menú que cuenta con 24 hamburguesas temáticas cada una con su receta original, mismas que se pueden disfrutar en tres diferentes panes artesanales; Brioche, Black o Integral y en la variedad de carnes que ofrecemos, Diezmillo Angus, Ribeye Sonorense o Wagyu Americano (Kobe style). Además de nuestras famosas hamburguesas puedes disfrutar de nuestras entradas como las tradicionales alitas, boneless, taquitos, ensaladas, hot dawgs tipo americano, platillos bajos en calorías como exquisitas ensaladas entre otros, sin olvidarnos de nuestros postres y de nuestras famosas Malteadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, cold fries (retuned them and got hot ones...they were good), cold burger, ordered whole wheat bun but got white bread, took one bite and the burger fell apart so I ate it as a salad with a fork and knife. 2 stars because it was cheap beer night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We go there all the time , but 1 week ago , to dine outside , ok , wear the mask while walking through the dining area , but outside we had to wear a mask 10 feet away from the next table, had to wear it while ordering , could take it off to eat but as soon as your drink or food was gone , you had to put your mask on . While people were smoking , blowing smoke all they way up our table. We will not go back l . Holy cow ,what a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience, incredible food. The waiters/waitresses are pretty cool and attentive. Price is a little high but it's very well worth it.
(Pictured) Umami burger, on rye bread. Indio dark beer (355ml). Patty was juicy and 100% beef, lightly seasoned so the flavor of the meat is the real star. Green paste is pesto, very nice. Rye bread (which is also nice, since it isn't common) was lightly crispy toasted and fluffy. All ingredients seemed fresh and made from scratch.
For the burger the price was $6.50 USD
Beer was $1.20
Place is big, comfy and tastefully decorated. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little bit better than a fast food. The cocktails aren't their speciality and I was disappointed by both the mai tai and the martini de Sandia. The burger was good but the sauce way to strong to be able to try the wagyu beef inside and really enjoy it. The presentation is nice and the burger original that's nice try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was really good... ?? Burgers where on point, fries where perfect! We also had an order of garlic and parsley fries which where also really good. Service was also good. Cleanliness of the place was good, bathrooms could use a bit of cleaning but not terrible. Will Definitely be back!!!
