Lì vicino si trova un grosso centro commerciale con ristoranti e negozi in Stile USA. Con il taxi in 15 minuti si arriva alle spiagge della zona Hotelera (comunque le tariffe dei taxi sono basse). Le camere sono ampie, luminose e molto pulite, ci sono sia l’aria condizionata che i ventilatori. Il vero punto forte del B&b è comunque la signora Rosalyn che con la sua calorosisssima accoglienza vi saprà consigliare perfettamente riguardo escursioni e luoghi da visitare a Cancun e dintorni. Inoltre una nota positiva va alla colazione, abbondantissima e con ottima frutta fresca che unita ai “panucci” con Avocado e salsa verde vi garantirà un ottimo risveglio! Assolutamente consigliato! The B & b is located in a residential area of Cancun very quiet and away from the chaos of the Hotelera area. Nearby is a large shopping center with US style restaurants and shops. By taxi in 15 minutes you will reach the beaches of the Hotelera area (however taxi fares are low). The rooms are large, bright and very clean, there are both air conditioning and fans. The real strong point of the B & b is however Mrs. Rosalyn who with her warm welcome will know how to advise you perfectly about excursions and places to visit in Cancun and its surroundings. Moreover a positive note goes to breakfast, very abundant and with excellent fresh fruit that combined with the "panucci" with Avocado and green sauce will guarantee you a great awakening! Absolutely recommended!

Mercedes así como Sofía y los integrantes de su familia fueron muy amables y atentos. Definitivamente recomiendo ese lugar. Small room with AC. The central location, a very quiet and safe area. Which is perfect. Mrs. Mercedes as well as Sofía and the members of her family were very kind and attentive. I definitely recommend that place.

That's exactly what it is, HOME away from HOME..from the moment I'd arrived, I was greeted with the warmest, friendliest host ever!..unlike the big hotels, it was like I was a visiting a relative..I'll just call her 'my distant Aunt Rosie'..the aura of it all. The beauty of being cloaked with such a warm, cozy atmosphere and alluring rooms.. walking into the beauty of it, down to the glossy hard wood floors and banister to the opened, luxurious suite with the most calming view from my veranda..the decor of it all...that in it self was the vacation..:-) This place is a must....and 2of the most obedient 'man's best friend's and I loved the fact & very impressed that it was also a pet friendly place..Aunt Rosie, I salute u & your establishmet..This is one place (I'd place a bet [O;-)) if u now wat I mean auntie)that could complete your stay in Cancun..by the way, thanks for escorting me around to see the high lights off Cancun; the beach.. the mall.. and a special thanks for the tour(s ) of the Casino's..,:-\|???
